    Supplements

I don't take a cupboard full of supplements. I take a small number of well-researched ones, consistently, and I can tell you exactly why each one is there. These are the ones that have earned their place in my routine.

    • Metagenics Magnesium Glycinate

My evening non-negotiable. Magnesium glycinate is the form I find gentlest and most calming, and it supports recovery, muscle function and the nervous system — especially if you sweat a lot through training.

    • Epsom Salts

A long soak with a generous scoop is one of the simplest recovery habits I have. Warm, calming and a lovely way to end a heavy training day.

    • Creatine Monohydrate

5g a day, every day. One of the most researched and most underrated supplements for women over 35 — muscle, bone, brain and energy.

    • A good quality Omega-3 fish oil

Years of blood and genetic testing told me I have a high need for anti-inflammatory support. A quality fish oil with a meaningful dose of EPA and DHA is how I meet it.

    • Vitamin D

Not really a vitamin at all — it behaves like a hormone, and most women in the UK are short of it. Bones, muscle, mood and immunity all depend on it.

    • Arbonne GreenSynergy Elixir

My daily greens. Clean, vegan and the easiest way I've found to support my gut without thinking about it. Ask me if you'd like my Arbonne link.

Some links are affiliate links and I may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. It never changes what I recommend.
