Fitness Equipment
You don't need a home gym. A few inexpensive, well-chosen pieces — bands, a set of dumbbells, a mat — is enough to train properly anywhere, and they're the things I reach for most when I'm not in the gym.
CFX Resistance Bands — 3-pack, non-slip
Loop bands in three resistance levels with a non-slip finish, so they stay put around your thighs instead of rolling down. I use mine for leg activation and mobility work before a session — crab walks, glute bridges, leg raises, banded squats. They're not a whole workout on their own and they're too thick for shoulder work, but as lower body kit they're cheap, quiet and packs into a bag — the most useful thing I own for the price.
